Life is good =]

I got a job at a Pharmacy as a Pharmacy clerk! So far I'm enjoying it, the staff is great and my bosses are kind. School is going well, hopefully I get done!

you know your love lif is in trouble when....

your mom, you cousin's grandma AND your aunt try to set you it with someone. and you know you're really in trouble when they say "i want to introduce you to someone, as a friend lang."

I have never felt so awkward in my entire life. A whole party happening on the other side of the room but me in the corner, with my mom, aunt and grandma and the guy facing me. making meaningless small talk. they could have handled it alot better instead of making it so awkward. but of course i was polite, said hi and shook his hand.

so after a few minutes of uncomfortable talk, i was allowed to go back to my other cousins. After that I was teased.

My mom was telling me about how he had his own place, paid off his truck, good job, and all that jazz. He is way older than me. I told my mom I wasn't looking for a boyfriend or husband or anything like that but she said he was nice and that he would be able to give me what i wanted and be able to take care of me. i understand my mothers concern because i have not really brought anyone home in the past year. I have dated tho just I haven't brought any of them home. i think she fears that i will be an old maid. lol she was kinda contradicted what she has always said to me, not to date. I told her he's kind of too quiet for me, which she rebutted that i too am quiet but i came back saying if i am comfortable with that person i am not quiet. I told her I'd give him a chance IF he has enough guts to court me. I'm secretly hoping he doesn't. But if he does, I should give him a change cuz who knows what would happen. I just don't think we're compatible and nor would we get along.

My mom has disapproved of almost every guy I liked. Psht one time she even stuck up for the psycho guy when i liked this other guy that she didn't like.

I kinda just don't want to deal with bs anymore. maybe i should just get married and that would be the end of everything. ha!

Laggin'

Man, i was laggin in school but now i've put my ass back in check, settled on a major. soon i'll be done, soon i'll be out of the desert, soon i'll be on my own. i took a lil detour in my life but i'm back. and i'm out for blood nukkas. HA!

Damn its been a hot minute since i've seen or talked to you! Hella had a big crush on you back in the day, we got reunited after hs, kicked it once but i was in a relationship, invited you to my 19th bday party, YOU started hitting on my friends, even asked me to set u up with a few, you ended up dating one for awhile, you two looked good together but you weren't willing to wait for her, your loss, and now you and ur girl just broke up and you came back to me?! Now do you understand why they call me boomerang, no matter how far you go, you'll always end up back at me, but i think its rather pathetic that you're trying to hit on me now, after you hooked up with my friend, wtf?!n You think since I was so hot for you back in the past, that I'd automatically hook up with you?? Besides I don't date white boys anymore, they lost their appeal back in hs. Sure I'll give you my number, sure we can kick it, but I don't think we're ever going to be more than friends. k "Shotgun"

Sure we've all done it. "It was the henny" or "it was the patron". Dancing proactively, kissing a complete stranger, randomly texting some bs to someone you didn't want to text, the next day is hazy, you remember parts of the night, then your friends fill you in on what really went down. Its more fun with pictures cuz its a fun story to tell. As long as you're the one BEHIND the camera and not in FRONT of it. As I like to say "no evidence, all you say is just talk, you can't prove anything" hahaa. I'm guilty of blaming it on the alcohol, I've had a few nights were I've said DAMN! I've kissed ppl I wasn't suppose to kiss, I danced with ppl that I don't even remember, and I've actually given out my number to some guy from the club before, the next day I didn't even remember his face! Alcohol is fun to a certain extent, when you first get hella buzzed and feel as if the whole around you is all fuzzy. But then it all goes downhill when it gets to the point when you can't even stand up, and when the whole room is spinning and you throw up. NOT FUN. Here are a few more words of advice: 1) DO NOT MIX YOUR LIQUORS, i.e. beer and hard liquor. 2) Patron catches up on you out of the blue, its the beginning of the end of ur night =P 3) stay away from cameras 4) Leave your phone in the car if you tend to drunk dial/text that way you don't have to explain yourself to others the next day.

2 heads are better than 1

I finally figured out why there are so many male "players" vs. female "players". Men have two heads to think with, they use one head to do all their thinking, and its not the one on their shoulders. They avoid using their hearts thus not getting attached to all the girls they play. UNLIKE a female, she uses her heart and her mind, just one head, so its a constant struggle between doing the right thing and having a lil fun. Girls get attached unlike men.

LOL reading Why Men Love Bitches. I think its funny how women need a "handbook" in order to keep a man. PUHLEASE. Some men just don't appreciate a good woman until she's gone or he dates another and ends up getting hurt. All I can say to that is HA HA HA HA HA. You got what you deserved. The book makes some sense, don't give your all at first, wait for the relationship to build. Its just common sense. If he leaves, he leaves, HIS LOSS, it may hurt for a while but eventually he'll tell you in the future that he made the wrong choice. Ladies you don't need a handbook to tell you how to keep someone interested in you. If it works it works, if it doesn't it doesn't. Of course it will take time to heal, like Leona Lewis says/sings it will all get better in time. Its like finding Prince Charming, hard to do but so worth it when you actually find him. It takes a real man to appreciate a good woman, just don't be stupid ok ladies? Love makes you blind and turns you retarded but don't let anyone crush your spirit. USE YOUR HEAD sometimes, your heart can lead you astray from whats in front of your very eyes if your being treated like a fool. Been thru hell and back and i'm still alive! I'm wary of relationships now but I learn each time, what i want and what i deserve!
